Shin Koihime†Musō Gets New Original Video Anime

July OVA to have St. Francesca students traveling to southern island

The official website for the Shin Koihime†Musō fantasy anime has announced on Monday that a new original video anime (OVA) will ship on Blu-ray and DVD on July 7. The project will be set at the St. Francesca Academy. After the battle between the students ended, they all go to a southern island.

The first anime adaptation of BaseSon's Shin Koihime†Musō: Otome Ryōran Sangokushi Engi adult adventure game for personal computers aired from October 5 to December 21. A new television season, Shin Koihime†Musō: Otome Tairan, was announced on December 21, and it will premiere next April.

The Shin Koihime†Musō game is itself a spinoff from the original Koihime†Musō adult adventure game. The adult adventure game franchise and its anime adaptations re-imagine the characters from the Chinese novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms as "moe (fiery), moe (preciously cute) action love comedy" with an almost all-female cast.
