Bakemonogatari's 2nd Unaired Episode Streams in Japan

The official website of the Bakemonogatari anime series has begun streaming the anime's 14th episode, "Tsubasa Cat - Part 4," on Tuesday, February 23 in Japan. This is the second episode from this anime to premiere online and not on television. Unlike the first episode's stream, the second episode's stream is restricted to viewers with Japanese Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.
The online premiere was originally slated for the middle of January, and then pushed back to the middle of February. It was pushed back further to Tuesday, following last-minute work on editing and encoding of the episode.
